The Rental Program is located on site in the office and includes a Rental Manager, reservationist and unit inspection staff. A team of service providers, contractors, the SeaSpray Maintenance Staff and suppliers work on the team to deliver quality customer service to guests and care to owners.
Superior vacation management services are provided to owners for a very competitive commission of 20% of the rents collected. Benefits like monthly HVAC filter changing and unit inspections, advertising, onsite concierge services, etc., are included in the commission unlike outside agencies that charge for each service.
The greatest benefit to the Association is that the program profits are deposited in the operating budget and offset the annual operating expenses of the owners.
