Board meetings are scheduled as directed by the President of the Board of Directors and typically follow a monthly frequency. All meetings are open and available to the Association except for meetings regarding personnel or legal matters.
The annual Owner and Board of Director Election Meeting is typically held on the second Saturday of February each year. Notices for the vacant Board seats and the annual meeting begin around mid-December, about 90 days before the planned meeting and election date.
Notices of all meetings will be posted on the Community Calendar and listed on the Newsfeed located on the opening page of the Association’s website. Agendas and meeting minutes will be posted within the Meeting Information tab located under the Governance section of this website. A hard copy will be posted on the official posting location, the bulletin board found on the ground level at each building outside the elevators.
