CABLE TV & INTERNET
The Association has a bulk agreement with Cox for unit services that include internet and cable TV services. The services include equipment of a modem for internet and 2 mini-boxes for about 70 identified channels. The unit owner is responsible for the wiring inside the unit, phone services, a router, extra mini-boxes and digital boxes for additional services (recording, pay per view, premium channels, etc.).
For your assistance, help and troubleshooting guides are posted below. If you need further assistance with your internet or TV, contact the Community Help Line at 855-512-8876. Be sure to let the customer service assistant know that your services are on a bulk account for SeaSpray Perdido Key Condominiums, provide your building address (West-16287, East-16285 or River 16284 Perdido Key Drive, Pensacola, 32507) and your unit address. The assistant will help you to determine if your issue is due to the equipment of Cox or your personal equipment.
New service should begin by the end of 2018 that will include managed WIFI services and all equipment (modem, router and switches) will be included. A complimentary retro-fit will be completed to the unit wiring as part of the installation of the service and each bedroom and the living area will receive a mini-box and remote.
